Matthew oversees the day to day operations including human capital, vendor management, process management and client services. As a member of the PBSA, he continues to lead and grow the company as a background screening industry innovator. Additionally, Matthew co-founded HeroHomes; a nonprofit foundation established to build houses, jobs, and communities for disabled veterans.

DAVID LOWERS | Chief Technology Officer

David Lowers brings senior management skills to Wholesale Screening Solutions (WSS) and extensive knowledge in the security and background screening industry. David continues to lead as CTO in the development of industry methodology and practices to include the application of technology designed to improve process and delivery efficiency. David and his management team at WSS bring exceptional business leadership, unparalleled knowledge of the industry, and continue to lead in innovation.

DAN AGEE | Chief Operating Officer

A tenured veteran of the background screening industry, Daniel has worked in various capacities including Global VP Operations/Quality. As COO, Daniel is responsible for enterprise operations including the direct oversight of Account Management, Budget and Strategic Planning, Staffing, Training, and New Product Development. Daniel holds both an MBA and MSM from West Virginia University. Daniel has previously served on the International Compliance Committee of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA).

BRUCE D. MYERS | Chief Revenue Officer

Bruce D. Myers works closely with the executive team to communicate our vision and transforms that vision into long-term strategies for pioneering new markets and opportunities. He regularly analyzes productivity and effectiveness, forms strategic product road maps, creates market positioning and competitive advantages, and determines budget trade-offs with a goal of continually improving and developing sustainable sales results within the organization. Bruce gained many years of experience in executive leadership roles in the background screening and risk management fields — inclulding positions with Equifax, ChoicePoint, Sterling, and TalentWise — and he brings extensive knowledge of business processes.

CARL COGDILL | Vice President, Vendor Management and Process Engineering

Carl Cogdill has over 18 years’ experience in the background screening industry. Mr. Cogdill is currently employed as the Vice President of Vendor Management and Process Engineering for Wholesale Screening Services and he has held similar roles with TalentWise, First Advantage, and Kroll. Mr. Cogdill has an undergraduate degree in Political Science, and a Master’s of Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania. Prior to his professional career, Mr. Cogdill served as a Military Police Officer in the United States Army.
