As a member of the NAPBS, he continues to lead and grow the company as a background screening industry innovator. Additionally, Matthew co-founded HeroHomes; a nonprofit foundation established to build houses, jobs, and communities for disabled veterans.
DAVID LOWERS | Chief Technology Officer
David Lowers brings senior management skills to Wholesale Screening Solutions (WSS) and extensive knowledge in the security and background screening industry. David continues to lead as CTO in the development of industry methodology and practices to include the application of technology designed to improve process and delivery efficiency. David and his management team at WSS bring exceptional business leadership, unparalleled knowledge of the industry, and continue to lead in innovation.
DAN AGEE | Chief Operating Officer
A tenured veteran of the background screening industry, Daniel has worked in various capacities including Global VP Operations/Quality. As COO, Daniel is responsible for enterprise operations including the direct oversight of Account Management, Budget and Strategic Planning, Staffing, Training, and New Product Development. Daniel holds both an MBA and MSM from West Virginia University. Daniel has previously served on the International Compliance Committee of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).
CARL COGDILL | Vice President, Vendor Management and Process Engineering
Carl Cogdill has over 18 years’ experience in the background screening industry. Mr. Cogdill is currently employed as the Vice President of Vendor Management and Process Engineering for Wholesale Screening Services (WSS) and he has held similar roles with TalentWise, First Advantage, and Kroll. Mr. Cogdill has an undergraduate degree in Political Science, and a Master’s of Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania. Prior to his professional career, Mr. Cogdill served as a Military Police Officer in the United States Army.
MARK PERKA | Director of Quality and Training
Mark is a metrics driven servant leader MBA with over two decades professional experience in business management, program management, and IT. Mark has deep expertise in quality and business processes with a focus on continuous improvement in the background screening, finance, telecommunications, and manufacturing industries. Mark is a collaborative leader with big-picture vision and detail-oriented focus. Mark’s goal is to drive toward Six Sigma in product quality to our clients.
VINCE PASCARELLA | EVP, General Counsel
Vince joined WSS in 2012 as Executive VP of Sales and was promoted to General Counsel in 2016. Vince developed his pre-WSS executive management skills in roles as president, vice president and general counsel, vice-president of sales, and director of business development and compliance. Vince has been an attorney and executive in the enterprise risk mitigation industry since 1998. He is a licensed attorney, is SHRM certified SHRM-SCP and NAPBS certified FCRA Advanced. Vince earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Colorado School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Long Island University.
GREG HYDE | Director of Compliance
Gregg joined in 2015 as the Director of Compliance. In this role, he monitors and continuously improves the corporate compliance framework to ensure the organization meets its statutory, regulatory and contractual obligations. He also maintains the Company’s operating licenses and manages its Corporate Governance. Gregg has over 20 years of experience in the compliance field and he is FCRA Advanced Certified by the NAPBS. Gregg received a B.A in Public Justice from the State University of New York.
